Liquid penetrant inspection

Our  Fluorescent Penetrant Testing up to ultra high sensitive level which commontly implimented on aircraft, critical parts and sensitive part which  does not harm the parts being inspected and capable to pick up ultra fine crack.s, fractures, laps, seams and other flaws that are open to the  surface 

 Our Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) are capable to detect surface breaking flaws.  it  is most economical inspection method used to locate surface  breaking flaws such as cracks, porosity, laps, seams and other surface  discontinuities. 

 ASTM E-1417  “Standard Practice for Liquid Penetrant Examination” governs the liquid  penetrant inspection process used in manufacturing and maintenance  operations. ASTM E-1417 addresses personnel requirements, equipment  requirements, penetrant application, and penetrant removal methods.
